The next day I took half a scoop, which gave me a good level of energy without the jitters, but I was still freezing in the gym which made it impossible to have a good workout. My stomach felt shitty for about another 5 hours. The chills made it very hard to maintain a pump and I ended up stopping my workout early and left the gym feeling like I wanted to puke. I found this quite alarming since my gym usually feels very hot in the summer. I was sweating profusely but I felt freezing in the gym and even had goosebumps. The biggest problem, however, was the chills that I got. The weight felt very easy, but the jitters made me unable to focus at all.
